The moment I stepped into the elegant designer hotel tucked away by the river, I knew I was in for a treat. The semi-private access to the river made my stay even more nice. The hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff added to the wonderful experience. The central location allowed easy access to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The chic bathroom amenities were a good touch. Despite minor setbacks with noise from the busy roads and bars, and some issues with breakfast service, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I had a lovely stay at Hotel Lungarno.

The hotel is located right on the river, offering a stunning view and making it convenient for walks to the center for museums and other attractions. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with chic bathroom amenities. the hotel is close to all the main attractions of the city, allowing easy exploration.

The noise from the bustling streets nearby can be quite bothersome at times.

Amazing location with breathtaking views of the river. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering coffee and pastries while preparing our room. The room itself was stunning, with a comfortable bed and spacious shower. The breakfast was delicious and the decor throughout the hotel was elegant.

I've never seen such a clean hotel! Measures to protect against VIDOC-19 are scrupulously followed. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is good. Bedding is very comfortable

You can hear the noises in the corridors, but fortunately the staff remains as discreet as possible.

The staff is always ready to help you in a very friendly manner. The quality of the equipment is excellent.

the air conditioning was very difficult to turn off because the knob was not working properly.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, right on the river! It was amazing being able to walk to almost everything in the central historic area. Plus, there was a cute little coffee shop directly across the street where I could grab my morning coffee. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the river. The bathroom was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and delicious food. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The only inconvenience was that the room key was used to turn on the electricity, and they only provided one key. This created some minor logistical issues.

We had an fantastic stay at Hotel Lungarno with amazing views of the river Arno. The staff were really good too make our stay special, even upgrading our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the jacuzzi bath and luxurious toiletries. The location was perfect, tucked away from the crowds but still close to the center of town. we would highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Florence.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, right on the river, and close to everything I wanted to see. The view from my room was fine, with a French balcony overlooking the river. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and were very good too make me feel welcome. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
